Proof of Solvency
3 months original, signed and stamped bank statement with average quarterly balanced amount of 750 USD.
3 months original, signed and stamped Salary Slip. (Only for Mumbai Jurisdic-tion)
If a Company bank statement is submitted, additionally an ownership / Certifi-cate of Incorporation (commercial registration) is required. (Only for Delhi Juris-diction)
Copy of the passport (first and last page)
In case the applicant has an existing valid visa in the same passport irrespective of the visa type, a Visa cancellation form is required to be submitted.
Passport holders of 3rd country nationalities must be employed in India with a valid work permit
Applicants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by one of the parents to apply for a tourist visa, no objection certificate has to be submitted at a counter signed by both the parents.
Sponsorship letters are required in the case of Minor (Below 18 Years of age) and Spouse.
